This flat is characterised by a high degree of privacy, as there is no view from neighbours, and it has two private courtyards of its own. A key aim of the redesign was to create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior areas. To this end, new window openings were planned to create a smooth transition. The flat's open-plan layout is emphasised even more by the redesigned open-plan kitchen. In addition, the bathroom, which was originally too small, was enlarged to meet today's comfort requirements.
