This property has been completely renovated. Poor lit rooms in the semi-basement were transformed into a bright living space with an open space feeling by changing the floor plan. For a more natural view outside the window, a large platform was also integrated into the living room. As a special detail, a historic stone wall was uncovered and combined with the space.
